Whether you’re a beginner, a seasoned yogi or an advanced pilates participant our classes offer you space and time for your own personal needs. We offer different levels in each class, this gives you the freedom to pick and choose what suits you in the moment.

- Monday – 9.30am Pilates
- Monday – 6pm Hatha Yoga
- Tuesday – 6pm Pilates
- Wednesday- 7.30pm Yin Yoga
- Friday – 9.30am Pilates
Please note these classes are approximately 40 minutes long. They are £4 per class or £15 for the week.
